Spicy potatoes - Translated by Begoña Soler Sierra

Ingredients:

1 kg. Of potatoes from cella
1 kg. Of tomatoes
2 chilli peppers
4 tablespoon of oil
Salt

How to do it

1) Cut the potatoes in big thick segments and place them in a pot.
2) Add oil and salt and introduce into the micro wave for 30 min.
3) Cut the tomatoes, place them in the pot and introduce into the microwave for 5 min.
4) Remove, peel and chop
5) Mix the tomatoes and the chilli peppers and add some oil and some salt.
6) Introduce into the microwave for 15 min.
7) Pour the sauce in the mill and pour it on the potatoes. Serve.
